Welcome to Occasion & Co.

By creating an account or using Occasion & Co., you agree to these terms. Occasion & Co. is a hosting companion that helps you plan gatherings, manage guest lists, and coordinate the details of your occasions.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your contact information current.

Acceptable use

• Use Occasion & Co. only for lawful gatherings and purposes.
• Only enter guest information for people you intend to invite and have a relationship with.
• Do not use the service to send spam, unsolicited invitations, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' gatherings or data.
• Do not abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.

Your content

You own the gatherings, guest lists, menus, and notes you create. You grant us permission to store and process that content to provide the service to you. When you delete your account, your content is removed.

Payment and pricing

Occasion & Co. is available for a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to your account — it is not a subscription and does not renew or recur. Pricing may include a limited-time discounted rate for an early cohort of founding hosts; once that cohort is full, the standard price applies to new purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are for lifetime access to the service as it exists and evolves over time, and are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Beta status

Occasion & Co. is currently in beta. Features may change, and we may discover issues during this period. We appreciate your patience and feedback. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

Occasion & Co. is a planning tool. We are not liable for outcomes related to your gatherings, including but not limited to guest experiences, food preparation, or event logistics. You host at your own discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
